We transport all parcels with BlueDart, Delhivery, eCom Express, DTDC, Professional Courier, XpressBee or Speed Post. As soon as we hand over the parcel to courier we shoot you an dispatch or whatsapp with the shadowing number and a link to the courier shadowing service. therefore you're always suitable to see where exactly your parcel is- until the forwarding agent rings at your door. Priority Shipping NOT available for Liquid Contents will be packed in Lite/ Surface mode)

 Shipping Times

We've set ourselves the high standard of transferring orders on the same day we admit them. Given that we admit your order during office hours and before 9 AM. and that it's paid for via Online or credit card we guarantee same- day payload for goods we've in stock. Orders paid for via bank transfer can only be packed when we've the plutocrat in our account. Depending on your bank, this can take a many banking business days. Orders we admit after 11 AM will be packed the coming working day. Shipping days are Mon- Sat( except Sunday, public & original leaves)

 We typically reuse the order on the same day of payment damage, still in some cases it may take longer. Please keep in mind that there's a maximum weight per parcel. If the total weight of your order surpasses this maximum weight we need to divide your purchases into several parcels and will transport as multi piece payload. In general, the maximum weight is 15 kg, still, it may be lower for shipments to some metropolises in India

Claims relief

Kindly note that unboxing video tape is obligatory for multi part products like ladle, barrel sludge, LED lights and pump to confirm the damage of the contents inside the box are in tactfulness and safe. Kindly confirm the content before installing/ using.

 A relief is offered if client receives a product in broken or damaged( also specifically applicable for Dinnerware particulars like Lilly Pipes, Diffuser, UV Bulb, not applicable for Glass Tanks). NO CLAIM OR REFUND FOR GLASS TANK and DOOA TERRA BASE

 unboxing videotape is obligatory to claim the relief or refund for imperfect products during conveyance which you have entered. No claim or refund or relief if you fail to partake the unboxing videotape

 Kindly open the consignment in front of the courier person to find any conveyance damage which can be claimed from the courier company since all products covered under conveyance insurance. still, any detention in informing the conveyance damage to  forming the conveyance damage to us void claims and replacement.However, Diffuser, UV Bulb or any other glass particulars), If any sign of imperfect product inside the quilting( specifically applicable for Dinnerware particulars like LillyPipes.in with the details and picture of the damaged product( including packing disfigurement) within 24 hrs of deliver company's shadowing details. RTO( return to origin) shipping charges would be borne by client still client needs to shoot us all the original and manufacturer quilting & boxes, product should be in unused condition, damage shouldn't be due to indecorous running. Not meeting any of these criteria would void the claims and reserves by us. Kindly note that claim isn't applicable due to COVID lockdown issue or delivery detention because of original restriction. Kindly note that no claim or relief for glass tanks.

 Bond/Warranty Claim

 If you have bought a product which comes with manufacturer/ brand bond also you need to first confirm the issue/ disfigurement via our whatsapp/ dispatch support.

 You need to shoot the entire products( along with all accessories with original box quilting) to us at your own shipping cost. Your product is guaranteed for imperfect corridor and workmanship as of the date of purchase for the period of time indicated within the instruction primer and/ or bond card. This guarantee is valid with evidence of purchase only. The guarantee is limited to repair or relief only and doesn't cover consequential loss, loss or damage to beast and particular property or damage to animate or insensible objects, irrespective of the cause thereof. This guarantee is valid only under normal operating conditions for which the unit is intended. It excludes any damage caused by unreasonable use, negligence, indecorous installation, tampering, abuse or marketable use. Bond/Warranty IS ONLY VALID WITH evidence OF PURCHASE FROM US. Bond DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

 relief or after trade service will be estimated once we entered the imperfect product. kindly allow 7 to 14 days to complete the relief or form process. We shall inform you once its ready. Kindly note that return payload quantum to be paid by you.

 Package tracking

 All the parcels we boat have a so- called shadowing number, which enables you to follow the transport and the whereabouts of each payload we shoot to you. When we hand over your parcel( s) to courier we shoot you an dispatch containing one or several shadowing figures as well as a link to the courier runner where you can see the current state of your delivery. also, you can always view the shadowing figures of your orders in your" Order History" in" My Account" section

 Client are advised to track the payload and follow it nearly to know the status ofshipment.However, “ Delay beyond our control"," Delivery Pending", If you see status update as" In Conveyance" for longtime.

 Full quantum will be reimbursed to you for misplaced/ damage parcel due to courier issue, handed complaint should be closed by our shipping mate and refund will be initiated upon our shipping mate evidence. The time taken tom refund is purely grounded on support ticket status by our shipping mate which may take indeed 2- 3 weeks.

 Courier will essay maximum 3 times to deliver your product if you're fail to admit it due to non availbility. They will return the payload to us once it has crossed 3 times delivery attempt or if you refuse or cancel payload during delivery attempt, in similar cases forward and return shipping cost will be subtracted against the refund quantum( both way dispatching cost to be paid by you). refund will be issued in form of pasteboard/ plutocrat to you only against damage of return particulars in good conditions after abating both way shipping charges
