Due to the fact that live plants are highly perishable, we currently added packing as thermal bag and cold pack to avoid DA(Dead Arrival).

for Plants. Neither the Courier Companies or Us will be held responsible
for any damages to plants due to delay in delivery. This risk will have to
be borne by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Please take note that unboxing videos are required for multi-part equipment like skimmer, canister filter, LED lights, and pumps in order to verify that the items received are secure and undamaged.
